We should not so much view the young people from the point of view of theirdeficits in Christian knowledge and Church experience, but rather make use of the competence they bring with them for matters of religion. Christian learning does not mean information and correction from outside, rather it takes place within the context of the worlds of young people as a way of disclosing relevance.
