Wie vernünftig ist der Atheismus?

Atheism as a philosophical position presupposes a contradiction between reason and any precise concept of God. Reason, however, is reduced to scientific rationality. Moreover, reality is reduced to the non-personal object of scientific research. In this context, experience must be generalized in order to be objective. In this ontological framework there is no divine reality. On the other hand, such a concept of reason, reality, and objectivity can be demonstrated as reduction, which turns out as irrational when taken as ultimate philosophical position. The perspective of personality cannot be reduced, language is a reality sui generis, so that there are many versions of reality emerging from the complex network of language, experience, persons, and "objects". Divine reality may be articulated as personal and unfathomable unity of this plurality of "worlds".
