Virginia Woolf, Her Life and Works
Virginia Woolf is one of the most famous twentieth-century novelists. She was a modernist, using new, explorative techniques in her writings. Even before she became a wellknown writer, she was at the centre of the Bloomsbury Group, a circle of literary and artistic friends in London. This short biography tries to give an overview of her life and works, followed by a more detailed discussion of "To the Lighthouse" and "Orlando". (+vocabulary)(text in English)
