ABOUT THE AUTHOR Wolfgang Hohlbein was born in Weimar, Germany, in 1953 and now lives with his wife and their six children and a number of pets near Neuss, Germany. After he graduated from school he trained to become a real estate agent. Today, he is one of the most successful German authors, and his books are published in 34 languages. Together with his wife, he has written over 160 books-including stories for young adults and children.
