The word of God, which remains forever (Is. 40:8), enters the - apocalyptic - public sphere and is proclaimed. Yet it remains a mystery, the mystery of God's name. Unlike all other mysteries, especially the agonizing mystery of evil and the hardness of the human heart, this mystery is not a riddle that disappears once it is solved. It is the mystery of the eternally rich, inexhaustible, living God, which remains forever.
