Bildungsprozesse bei Menschen mit schwerer Behinderung unterliegen trotz sich weiter entwickelnder Bildungsangebote einem hohen Grad an Unbestimmtheit hinsichtlich ihrer Nachvollziehbarkeit. Aufmerksamkeitsaspekte sind zum einen für das Zustandekommen von transformatorischen Bildungsprozessen bedeutsam und bieten zum anderen eine Chance, sich Veränderungen im Selbst- und Weltverhältnis des Subjekts anzunähern. Die Alertness Observation List wird in diesem Beitrag als Beobachtungsinstrument für Aufmerksamkeitsaspekte anhand einer Einzelfallstudie eingesetzt. Hieraus ergeben sich für die Praxis sowohl voraussetzende Anhaltspunkte zur Initiierung von Bildungsprozessen als auch Bedingtheiten der Austauschprozesse von Individuum und Welt.
Despite the fact, that educational opportunities for individuals with profound intellectual and multiple disabilities are developing, educational processes are still difficult to retrace. On the one hand, aspects of attention are important for the realization of transformational educational processes and on the other hand they offer a chance to approach changes in the subjective relation of self and world. In this paper the Alertness Observation List is used as a tool to assess aspects of attention using a single-case study design. The results concerning practice are both conditions for the initiation of educational processes and limitations of the exchange processes of individual·and world.
