In her introduction the author explains basic ideas of the concept of process ethics. Then it is outlined: in organisations of social care such as the German Protestant Diaconia, self-contradictory configurations of values can be detected. This situation requires dialogue-oriented processes on different levels of the organisations and in regard to specific challenges in the practical work.
