Die Einführung der Ganztagsschule konfrontieren Lehrerinnen und Lehrer mit neuen Strukturproblemen und Entwicklungsaufgaben. Es gilt, eine Übertragung der Halbtagsschule auf den Nachmittag zu vermeiden und die Ganztagsschule schülerorientiert zu gestalten. Dies kann nur durch eine reflexive kollegiale Entwicklungsarbeit gelingen.
Exceeding the conventional limits of schooling, the introduction of all-day-schools in Germany brings along new challenges and unknown structural issues for teachers. Important tasks are the avoidance of an unreflected transmission of conventional of school-education to all-day-schooling and to produce arrangements not only on behalf of the pupils but involving them. It becomes obvious, that they can only be fulfilled by a vast improvement of reflective teacher-cooperation.
