This article deals with a critical analysis of the currently popular concept of "inclusion". It wants to show that the idea of "inclusion" is not as new as the term, thus trying to trace the roots of this idea to the 17th century. The article also shows that inclusion currently remains a social utopia whose implementation in the face of the prevailing conditions at schools and in society is still far away.
