How can the normal public Sunday service encourage inclusion and at the same time improve quality? The author looks at contributions from literature on inclusive liturgy, system theory and the homiletical discussion about the target-groups-oriented church service. Neither a mere moral condemnation of differentiated interests nor a mere explanation of exclusion mechanisms can be sufficient. However, church service experiences can help change both sides which meet there and thus produce a new togetherness.
