The authoress describes her discovery of the children's book about Moses of the Jewish-Polish pediatrician and pedagogue Janusz Korczak. In this small book the childhood of Mose is put in the focus and also the manner as he reads a biblical text in times of totalitarian regime and increasing antisemitism. In a catastrophic political situation he connects the recourse to a biblical text with open dialog-centered hermeneutics, which could also to be described as an opposite of fascistic, totalitarian thinking. His manner reminds of bibliodramatical approaches. In the end she reports on a workshop about this subject.
