Die Herausforderungen, die mit der Umsetzung der UN-Konvention für Menschen mit Behinderungen respektive der Weiterentwicklung von Inklusion in Deutschland einher­ gehen, scheinen komplex und wissenschaftlich nur unzureichend beleuchtet. Zur Weiterentwicklung der Inklusion im Bildungswesen fördern die Caritas-Schulen gGmbH und der Caritasverband in der Diözese Würzburg e. V. seit Frühjahr 2015 eine Projektstelle Inklusion. Die Begleitung und Unterstützung des Inklusionsprozesses der Caritas-Schulen wird durch die Gliederung in zwei pädagogische Handlungsfelder professionalisiert: die "Projektstelle Inklusion und berufliche Teilhabe" an der Don-Bosco-Berufsschule und die "Wissenschaftliche Projektstelle Inklusion" an der Universität Würzburg. Übergeordnetes Ziel des gesamten Vorhabens ist die Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des inklusiven Bildungssystems.
The challenges that are linked to the realization of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities resp. the development of inclusion in Germany seem complex and scientifically understudied. Since spring 2015, the Caritas Schulen GmbH and the Caritas-organization of the Diocese Würzburg support the project office "Inklusion" for the development of inclusion in the education system. The support and monitoring of the inclusion process of the Caritas Schools is professionalized by means of division into two pedagogical action fields: the "project office inclusion and occupational participation" at the Don Bosco Trade School and the "scientific project office inclusion" at Würzburg University. The overall objective of the entire endeavor is the advancement and development of the inclusive educational system.
