Als klinisch-psychologisches Anwendungsfach am Lebensende kommt der Palliativpsychologie ein spiritueller Auftrag zu. Es wird ein spirituell-psychologisches Rahmenmodell für die Arbeit mit Patienten vorgestellt. Mit dem Anspruch, sich in unterschiedliche klinisch-psychologische und psychotherapeutische Kontexte setzen zu lassen, stützt sich das Modell auf bildhafte Formulierungen. Ein Fallbeispiel veranschaulicht die praktische Anwendung.
As a clinical-psychological area of application at the end of life, palliative psychology has a spiritual task. A spiritual-psychological framework model for working with patients is presented. The model leans on a figurative language. Therefore, it can be applied in different clinical-psychological and psychotherapeutic contexts. A case study illustrates the practical application.
