Ein Fall pädagogischen Handelns und Verstehens wird dokumentiert und mit einem sequenzanalytischen Interpretationsverfahren untersucht. Am Material wird ein Widerspruch zwischen manifestem Bedeutungsgehalt und tatsächlicher Interaktionsbedeutung im pädagogischen Handeln festgestellt. Es wird die Hypothese vertreten, daß ein systematisches Professionalisierungsdefizit vorliegt und daher moralische, persönliche Sonderleistungen zur Kompensation des Defizits vom Akteur erbracht werden müssen. Die deutende Komponente pädagogischen Handelns wird im interpretierten Fall als nachrangig behandelt. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird die Frage der Professionalisierung pädagogischen Handelns materialbezogen diskutiert.
A specific case of pedagogical acting and understanding is being documented and analyzed by applying a sequence-analytical interpretative method. The material reveals a contradiction between the manifest semantic content and the actual interactive significance in the process of pedagogical action. The author proposes the hypothesis that we have to deal with a systematic professionalization deficit and that special moral and personal efforts of the agent are therefore necessary to compensate this deficit. In the case analyzed here, the interpretative component of pedagogical action is treated as secondary. Based on the material presented, the author discusses the question of the professionalization of pedagogical work.
