In der katholischen Religionspädagogik zieht heute niemand in Zweifel, dass die Bibel zentraler Unterrichtsinhalt im Religionsunterricht ist, der sowohl bildende Kraft als auch identitätsstiftende Wirkung hat. Das ist das Ergebnis eines 'Lernprozesses Reformation', der durchaus wechselhafte Etappen hinter sich hat. Das Verhältnis von Schrift, Tradition und Lehramt war im Bereich der katholischen Theologie (und Religionspädagogik) bis vor nicht allzu langer Zeit so gelagert, dass sich das Schriftprinzip gegenüber dem Traditionsprinzip, welches sich schließlich in das Autoritätsprinzip hinein auflöste, erst einmal durchsetzen musste. Der Beitrag zeichnet wichtige Schritte dieses Lernprozesses nach.
There is no doubt in contemporary Catholic Religious Educational theory that the Bible is a central teaching content in Religious Education which has pedagogic strength as well as identity-establishing effects. This is the result of a 'learning process Reformation' which has seen absolutely changeable stages. The relation of scripture, tradition and teaching in Catholic theology (and Religious Educational Theory) was structured in a way that the principle of scripture had to assert itself compared with the principle of tradition which resolved in the principle of authority. The article gives a description of important steps of this learning process.
